Bill of Material: Bill of Material is defined at the time of making the Performa Invoice. The average of the fabric is defined and according to this average the fabric is ordered and the cost of the product is defined.

Purchase Order: Once the order is finalized then the process of making a product starts. Purchase order is of two types

Finished Product: This is the order in which the Items are ordered to suppliers. These are the finished Items means that complete finished orders are received from the suppliers.

Raw Material: This purchase order is raised for the raw materials fabric etc. Raw Material is received from the suppliers and then sends for stitching to the fabricator.
